SHIPPING

 

We’re delighted to offer worldwide delivery, using Royal Mail as our trusted provider for both UK and international orders.

 

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays). Please allow a little extra time during new collection launches or promotional periods.


Delivery Timeframes

Royal Mail delivery estimates are provided as a general guide. These are not guaranteed, and delays may occur - particularly during busy seasons or due to customs procedures. Once dispatched, your parcel is in the hands of Royal Mail, and we are unable to influence transit times.
For international orders, customs inspections may cause delays, which are to be resolved between the customer and their local customs office.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your order’s weight, volume, destination and overall value. You will only be shown the available rates applicable to your order.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

1. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once they reach your country. Cia Schä Ltd does not collect or charge these fees at checkout - they are not included in the product price or shipping cost and remain the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to provide specific figures for these charges, as they are determined by your country’s customs authorities and are beyond our control. We recommend contacting your local customs office or relevant authority for accurate information before placing your order.

2. We always declare the contents and value of your order accurately on customs documentation, as required by law.

3. Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to customs inspections, international courier handling, or local postal services (such as Royal Mail). Customs processing times may vary depending on the destination country - while most orders clear quickly, some may be held for inspection or experience administrative delays beyond our control. Although we do everything we can to dispatch all orders promptly, Cia Schä Ltd cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by third parties once your parcel has been handed over to the courier.

4. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all applicable customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. Failure to do so may result in delivery refusal, return or disposal of the goods.

5. You are responsible for complying with any import regulations, restrictions, or licensing requirements in your country. Cia Schä Ltd will not be held liable for any legal consequences resulting from customs non-compliance or regulatory breaches.

6. Please ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate and complete, including the recipient’s full name, delivery address, contact number, and any other necessary details. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in customs delays, clearance issues, additional fees, or failed delivery. Cia Schä Ltd cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate or missing details.

7. In the event that you refuse to pay the customs duties or taxes required to release your parcel, the shipment may either be returned to us or disposed of by customs authorities. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs, duties, or related fees incurred. If the parcel is disposed of or destroyed by customs, we will not be able to issue a refund.

8. If your parcel is returned to Cia Schä Ltd due to unpaid customs fees, invalid or incorrect information, or delivery refusal, we will refund the cost of the items only - excluding the original shipping charge and any customs-related or return fees we are charged as a result of the return. If you would like your parcel to be reshipped, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee again, along with any applicable return shipping costs.

Please note: if a reshipped parcel is returned to us a second time due to the same issue (such as an incorrect address or unpaid fees), we reserve the right to issue a final refund for the item(s) only, minus all shipping-related charges, and may need to decline further reshipment until the issue has been resolved.

9. If you're sending a gift or ordering on behalf of someone else, please be aware that the recipient may still be required to pay applicable import fees upon delivery.

LOST PACKAGES

 

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier (e.g. Royal Mail), we unfortunately have no control over its journey and can only access the same tracking information available to you. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, we kindly ask that you contact the courier directly to file a missing parcel claim, as they will be best placed to assist.
