This document outlines the Returns and Refunds Policy for purchases made from Cia Schä Limited. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Cia Schä Limited.
We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time, with changes taking immediate effect upon publication on our website.
By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this 14-day returns policy and the terms set out below. We kindly ask that you review this information carefully before completing your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined below.

Cancelling Your Order

If you’ve changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, please contact us at info@ciascha.com as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse, we will do our best to cancel it in time and issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.
If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, you may still cancel it. However, you’ll need to return the item(s) at your own expense, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

Returns

At Cia Schä, we take great pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
         - Be in original condition - unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable),                 and free from any signs of wear or damage
         - Show no signs of use or any visible alteration, including fingerprints on               stickers, or traces of perfume, makeup, sprays, tan, or similar
         - Be returned in their original packaging, intact
         - Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
We do not accept returns on:
         - Items that are received in any marked, used, altered or damaged                         condition
         - Items marked “Sale”, “Final Sale”, “Non-Returnable”, or similar
         - Personalised or custom-made items
         - Gift cards
         - Items returned after the 14-day window

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise. We strive to deliver high-quality products and service, and we'll be happy to evaluate the issue and put things right.
Please contact us at info@ciascha.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it promptly.
Please note: Issues reported after 48 hours of delivery may be considered wear and tear and may not be eligible for return.

Shipping Costs

         - Original shipping fees are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for                  return
         - Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
         - We recommend using a tracked and reliable courier service, as we cannot              be held responsible for lost or delayed return parcels

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. 
If you would like a different item, the best approach is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d prefer.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@ciascha.com. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the goods, in line with UK consumer law.
Once your return request has been approved, you will have 14 days to dispatch the item(s) back to us. Returns posted after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
You may return the items using a courier of your choice. However, we strongly recommend using a tracked and reliable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit. If the return is not received safely, we reserve the right to decline the refund.
The customer is responsible for return postage costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds apply only to items that meet the return eligibility criteria above.

After your return - Inspection and Approval

Once your return arrives, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. You will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 5 business days for processing once the return is received.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you’ve not received your refund, please contact us at info@ciascha.com.
